The Kentucky Board of Licensure and Certification for Dietitians and Nutritionists plans to amend some Kentucky Administrative Regulations (KARs) governing the practice of licensed dietitians and certified nutritionists in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The board is soliciting your input by requesting your comments on all the regulations posted on the board's website.
To review the applicable regulations visit http://finance.ky.gov/bdn and click on KRSs & KARs. Suggestions should be submitted to KarenL.Lockett@ky.gov by May 26, 2008 .
Specifically, please provide suggestions pertaining to 201 KAR 33:030 (continuing education requirements) and 201 KAR 33:015 (application and approved programs); however, comments on all the regulations are encouraged. Your input is very important and will be considered!
